Rates and Terms for Virtual Assistance Services
We understand that every business is unique, and so are the needs of the business owner. With this in mind, D.S.R. Administrative Services offers services at an hourly rate, in 15 minute increments, with a one hour minimum. Because your professional virtual assistant is a business owner and not an employee we’d like to point out that you will not pay for employee taxes and benefits. You do not pay for lunch breaks, holidays, sick leave, or non productive hours! You will not have to pay for any extra office space, up to date technology and equiptment. Your virtual assistant will save you thousands of dollars and hours a year; with the time you save you can focus on the growth and management of your business.
Hourly Rates: $35.00/hr
Hourly rates are invoiced on the 1st and 15th of the month with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices must be reconciled in order for work to continue. Invoices will be sent via e-mail or fax at the client's request and are payable via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments through PayPal or checks via postal mail.
Retainer Rates:
Monthly retainers ensure ongoing support at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are required in full in advance of services, on the first of each month. Unused hours in any given month will not carry over to the next month. Elite Administrative Services encourages clients who opt for a retainer package to discuss with us how we can best help you utilize all hours purchased.
